The database is worked out, up-dated and actualised by the Water Research Institute yearly, this also is its administrator, its owner is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic - Water Management Section.
The database is being used by solving of several tasks and problems in different spheres of the water management.

Hydrol sequence No. - hydrologic sequence number due to the hydrologic map 1:50 000
Stream - name of the stream
rkm - river kilometre of the water reservoir basin profile
Map - Number of the water supply map 1:50 000 with enabled small water power station profile
Community - number of community (acc. The list Statistical Office List communities)
Name - name of the in energy used profile
District - name of the district according the new administrative classification
Object - type of lock facility
Maxim - maximal operational level [m a.s.l.]
Minim - minimal operational level [m a.s.l.]
Qa - long-range average flowage [ m3.s_1]
Q355 - 365 - day average flowage [m3.s_1]
Q90 - 90 day average flowage [m a.s.l.]
Q100 - 100 - yearly discharge [m3.s_1]
Qincr - controlled increase of discharge [m3.s_1]
