 New Photometer For Water Analysis
The portable high-efficiency device Palintest 7500 replaces the successful photometer 7000 applied on a large scale by water suppliers and environmental monitoring companies.

Using the proven Palintest 7000 technology, the 7500 is additionally furnished with the enhanced optical system developed for the photometer 8000. The device is completely waterproof, extremely robust and equipped with an adaptive tube holder and a USB port for easy PC connection. Its ability of storing up to 500 measuring results allows to deduce trends and to issue reports.

The 7500 is closely linked to the wide array of Palintest water testing chemicals. They use light for measuring colour changes in water samples to which a specific reagent has been added. The measuring accuracy at 0.3 absorption units (au) is +/– 0.005; the resolution is 0.001 au.

The 7500 offers an automatic choice of wave lengths for each of the pre-programmed test methods, with 15 test methods being definable by the user. The device is guided by a simple menu system and can be battery-operated, USB port-powered, or powered by a stand-alone adapter.

The Palintest 7500 is available in two different designs: a standard design and a design specially developed for use by mobile teams in water supply companies. Both options come with a transport container in which extra space is reserved for the necessary reagents. More details are available on the website www.palintest.com
