HydroXS wich has its roots in Engineering and Consulting services is the first outside the USA to supply and market this technology and revolutionizes the way water is treated. VRTX technologies utilizes patented precision manufactired nozzels that are both paired and opposed, to impart specific rotation and velocity to the water streams. Upon exiting the opposing nozzels the water collides producing tremendous shear and kinetic energie. At the core of these opposing streams a region of almost total vacuum is created. The water is effctively degassed and pH level remain comfortably high (8.5).
Under these conditions Hydrodynamic Cavitation occurs with intense microscopically localized extremes of temperatures (5000C) and pressures (500 bar) Hydrogen bonds are broken between water molecules and dissolved solids. Few Microorganisms can physically withstand passing through these conditions. As a result all three control targets (Scale, Corrosion and Bio Fouling) are impacted and controlled in a powerful and predictable manner. Reductions or even complete elimination of water waste is the effect.
