Hach Lange Opens New Office in Bucarest

HACH LANGE - the leading providers for water analytic solutions - gets closer to its customers in Eastern Europe, now opening its new office in Bucarest.

HACH LANGE is the leading provider for professional equipment for the analysis of waste water, drinking water and for several industrial water applications. It is a successful merger of the Germany based Dr. Lange with the USA based Hach company in early 2000. HACH LANGE is part of the environmental platform of the DANAHER Corporation and accounts for over 600 Mio USD in revenue world wide.

HACH LANGE has a strong track record in product innovation, development as well as successful acquisitions. The groundbreaking introduction of the first maintenance-free optical oxygen sensor for water applications in 2003 represents one of these milestones.

As a result HACH LANGE offers now a complete portfolio of instruments, reagents, supplies, services for all relevant qualitative parameters in the area of water analysis. As part of a partnership with SIEMENS - started January - 2005 HACH LANGE offers now as well flow, level and pressure instrumentation. This puts the company now into a unique market-position as is the only provider for laboratory and on-line measurement solutions for all relevant parameters.

HACH LANGE has several production facilities in Europe and overseas as well as own sales and customer service offices in all European countries. The Romania Subsidiary opened on 2nd Quarter 2005 in Bucharest. Sales and Service offices are located in Cluj Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi in order to ensure a close customer relation and instrument service in entire Romania.
